• Perform financial analysis to determine and support Company’s ongoing and strategic financing needs
• Maintain debt-related and transaction-structuring models
• Assist in cultivating and managing commercial and investment banking relationships as well as rating agency relationships
• The analyst may be required to provide input to or participate in various projects and will perform other duties as requested

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree – Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 1 – 2 years in investment banking (or equivalent) with substantial financial analysis experience
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Exceptional productivity skills, in addition to organizational, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
• “Hands on” team player with motivation, energy, and work ethic
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
• Engaging personality with ability to generate new ideas
• Must be able to work overtime hours
