Chris has been in the search industry since 1996. He was hired by a large international staffing firm based on his prior his track record in sales. Within a year’s time, Chris achieved the #2 producer in the region and top 20 internationally among 175 offices. From there, Chris partnered up with his former Regional Manager to start up a new search firm, where he managed the branches in Dallas and Fort Worth. In 2003, Chris joined a local firm as a non-equity partner, started and built a multi-million dollar Technology Practice prior to the company’s acquisition. In 2007, Chris co-founded The RJ Byrd Search Group.
Chris is a member of Entrepreneurs Organization, has served on the Board in various capacities and in 2014-2015 is serving as President. Chris was a college athlete and continues to lead an active life style. He’s been married for 19 years, is a proud father of two and volunteers his time to local charities.

Chris has been in the search industry since 1999. After his career in finance and operations, he joined the industry in an Accounting & Finance practice and managed that division until the company was sold. Upon completion of the sale Chris maintained his focus on Dallas/Fort Worth, as well as, participating in the company’s effort to implement a more strategic search process across its national platform of offices. In 2010 he joined RJ Byrd Search Group as Practice Manager for Finance & Accounting.
Chris was a Division 1 scholarship athlete, is married and the proud father of two children. He participates in youth sports and other youth programs. Chris is a member of Vistage International’s Key Man Group.

RJ Byrd is leading the search and selection process for a client based in DFW. This organization will offer an opportunity to work in a healthy, employee focused culture as well as work for a company with a successful business model. One of the main functions of the role will be to evaluate M&A opportunities for the organization. The Manager of FP&A will be tasked with working cross functionally in the Support Office to provide actionable financial analysis enabling key stakeholders within the company to drive business performance. Individual will be integral in defining and implementing key systems and processes to drive scalable, successful growth to achieve the company’s long-term goals. Also, responsible for preparing periodic forecasts, annual budgets, and long term financial projections.
